Portway by Jianzing ("Portway", "we") provides number porting facilitation and SMS/MMS forwarding enablement services, acting as an intermediary between you and third-party telecommunications carriers. We do not provide telecommunications services ourselves; final porting outcomes rest with the carriers.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to act on the phone numbers and accounts you submit. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information and documents you provide.
Before using paid services you must complete identity verification, which may include an account statement, utility bill, and government-issued identification. Submitting falsified, stolen, or third-party documents without authorization is fraudulent and will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.
A one-time registration fee is included in each package total. All fees and credit purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances, including carrier rejection of a porting request, submission errors, or account closure. Credits have no cash value, do not expire as of the effective date of these terms, and are deducted per submitted request (full port and hosted SMS requests are charged separately). Credits are consumed at submission and are not restored if a request is later rejected by us or by a carrier.
You may not use Portway to port numbers you do not own or control, to evade carrier obligations, for harassment, fraud, spam, or any unlawful purpose, or to misrepresent your identity to carriers. Porting requires a Letter of Authorization; by submitting one through our service you confirm you are authorized to do so.
Porting timelines, eligibility, and outcomes are determined by the losing and gaining carriers and industry databases. Estimated timeframes are estimates only and are not guarantees.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, present fraud or abuse risk, or fail verification. You may stop using the service at any time; section 4 (non-refundability) survives termination.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of phone service during a port.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email.
