Portway by Jianzing ("Portway") operates the portway.jianzing.com website, associated APIs, and the RealPortmaster Telegram bot.
Account data: name, email address, Telegram ID/username, and a password (stored only as a bcrypt hash).
KYC documents: account statements, utility bills, and government ID images, collected to verify identity and ownership for number porting as required by carriers.
Porting data: phone numbers, carrier details, service addresses, account numbers, and Letters of Authorization for the numbers you submit.
Payment data: package selections, payment method, and transaction references. We do not receive or store card numbers; cryptocurrency payments are visible to us only as on-chain transactions.
Technical data: IP addresses, request logs, and usage records for security and rate limiting.
To provide the service you requested (contractual necessity), to comply with carrier KYC obligations (legal necessity), to prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interest), and to send service emails such as invoices and confirmations (contractual necessity).
Telecommunications carriers and porting providers (Telnyx, Sinch, and others) receive the porting data and documents necessary to execute your requests. Our email delivery provider receives your email address to send transactional email. We do not sell your data.
KYC and porting documents are retained for as long as required by carrier obligations and applicable law, then deleted. Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time; records we must retain for legal reasons will be retained only for that purpose.
Data is transmitted over TLS and documents are stored on access-controlled servers. No system is perfectly secure; we use hashing for passwords and restrict document access to administrators.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Where GDPR or similar laws apply, you also have rights to object to processing, data portability, and complaint to a supervisory authority.
The service is not available to anyone under 18.
